My history with Games

Ever since I started working as an LQA tester at Moonton, I decided to join the gaming industry, so here is my history with games and my link cases.

My passion for games started when I played my father’s Atari. He also taught me to play Snooker and card games such as Poker and Gin Rummy. He was also an early adopter of the Internet in Brazil, so I grew up playing PC games such as Wolf 3D and Mortal Kombat. Not to mention board games such as The Game of Life and Monopoly.

I played every game console with my brother and friends and in arcade places, and my favorite was Street Fighter II.

As part of the Catalano generation, I grew up watching MTV and playing a lot of Sonic and Super Mario Bros. I remember buying game magazines to get code cheats and learn about new games. This passion made me go to Australia to study game design. While there, I went to PAX twice and was addicted to League of Legends for several years.

I have played electric guitar since I was 12, so I loved playing Rocksmith and Guitar Hero.

In the Bartle taxonomy, I’m an Explorer (67%) with a lot of Socialiser as well (60%). This explains why I enjoy the mix of both in the game Don’t Starve Together. RPG is my favorite genre.

I love playing party games such as Jackbox, but my favorite game is Magic Chess, a strategy game mode inside Mobile Legends.

I’m the leader of the QUEENS team (Instagram: @queensofthegame), a 100% female team. We have been participating in several official championships supported by Moonton, and I’ve been working as an LQA Tester for them since January.

Our greatest achievements were being mentioned in Liquipedia, playing in the biggest Mobile Legends Brazilian championship, and also playing in a women's championship against professional teams such as Dreammax.

I’m top 1400 Global in the Magic Chess Competition and I’m top 1 in the 1203 Brazilian server and I’m also the creator of the Brazilian Magic Chess Blog.
