Speaker at Innovation Day

The Innovation Day happened on 19/10/2019 and I was the first speaker selected to present my project.
It was about a professional tool using gamification elements to track hard and soft skills of the employees to have visibility of the existing talents in the company. In addition, this tool traces a career plan according to their role and experience. This tool will help keep employees motivated and reduce the company's turnover rate. Furthermore, the managers could easily find the professionals inside the company by matching the skills they're looking for in their projects. It was scheduled to be implemented.
